If you're missing parts or have identified a defective part, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Review the assembly area
- Check carefully for any missing or misplaced parts in the assembly area. This is more common than you might think.
Step 2: Check other bags
- Make sure the missing part isn't in another bag. In some rare cases, certain internal parts may be a different color, which could cause confusion.
Step 3: Continue assembly if possible
- If the missing part doesn't affect the product's mechanical function and is merely cosmetic, we recommend continuing assembly until it's complete. This will allow you to check for other missing parts.
Step 4: Identify the missing parts in the manual
- If you were unable to resolve the issue in the previous steps:
Step 5: Identify specific parts online (optional)
- If you can access the website Rebrickable.com, go to the "Parts" section and select "Find Parts".
This will help you identify the specific part, as each one has a unique code (for example, 32531). Provide the name or code of the missing part(s).
Processing the missing parts order
- Once the missing parts have been identified and correctly reported, an order will be automatically generated in our store. You will receive an email confirming your order.

If you didn't receive the instructions in printed format or via a QR code that can be scanned to access them digitally, please email us with your order number and a photo of what you received. Our team will provide you with the instructions in digital format!
Please note that if your tracking number isn't working, it may take a few days for our system to update. In some cases, it may not update until the barcode is scanned by your local shipping office! We recommend waiting a few days and checking back later for updated tracking details..

In short, no. If you've changed your mind about your order and would like a refund, please accept delivery of the package and send it back to us.
